Since my old laptop with screen so slowly gives up the ghost, I need something new. Since I noticed that laptop are often more expensive with the same technology, this time it should be a real computer. This should be in the price range up to 500 euro and the following wishes:
SSD (ideally with extra HDD)
Min. Intel 5 of the 8th generation or a comparable AMD
Adequate graphics card, does not have to be special but games should work well on lower graphics settings
Min 8GB RAM, but 16gb would be better.
Generally, one could say that Office and games like Minecraft should run well. Since I have a lot of photos, etc. Should also be min. 500gb of memory to be there.
Your request requires a DIY… Would you do this?
Depends on how complicated that is. If I just need to screw the parts together and there might be detailed Youtube tutorials. However, I would prefer something finished.
