No, you have to buy the version separately. It also costs a lot more than the Pocket Edition

No, I also have Minecraft on my phone, and Windows 10 is the computer version (so normal). You can also not log into the PC with the data from the mobile phone, that means you have to do everything again if you want to get it on the PC
Yes, that was once upon a time. If you want to play the Bedrock Edition on your PC, you have to buy it for yourself.
