All of my friends play Minecraft Fortnite etc. For several hours a week. However, I'm not allowed to play Fortnite anymore and when it comes up two hours of Minecraft a week. (I'm 13 years old) I'm also good at school.

Do you have any ideas how I can persuade my parents to play more?
You can show this video to your parents. If necessary, they will see more in this "simple" block game.
Try these tricks:
Don't even ask for a month or two so that your parents can see that your parents can see that you are mature enough
Slime in with your parents like with your teachers. This means that you should do housework, tidy up, clean etc.
Do that from tip # 2 for several months and write it down exactly so that you can present it to them at some point
So to be honest, I think it's good that you can't gamble so much; not only because you are only 13 but because you should also deal with your friends in other ways, but otherwise you can tell your parents that depending on your needs have restrictions when playing / so to speak you can play as much as you want as long as you still have 2s and 1s and if you get worse than 1 and 2 you get a certain time in which you can play let's say 3 hours a week from ner 3 (only example) and the worse grades the less you can gamble
since you only have 2s that shouldn't be a problem for you

At this age it is always very difficult to convince the parents that you can play PC 😄 I don't know how they feel but I was never allowed to do that even though I had good grades but then I compromised. If I did household chores etc. I was allowed to gamble and my father always allowed me much sooner than my mother 😂 just try your best, good luck
Is difficult. Parents often do not understand what their children are doing, in addition there are the media and the "round table gibberish", which explains playing as the devil's stuff (you know that all players are rampages and are bad at school).
I would explain to them that gaming is just a new development, as TV saw then, most of them survived.
Can you also tell them that you might get the idea to hang out with buddies somewhere and smoke your pear while you are not allowed to play, that is often the catch and at least as counterproductive.
