Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS
and he can't take anything so I can open 2 browser tabs and chat about Discord and Minecraft Java and the PC gives up.

Buy more ram and get in with it. RAM = working memory
In which you renew everything. You need a new CPU, including a new main board and new RAM. Then a new graphics card and then a new power supply.
the only thing you can keep is the case and the drives.
