Install Optifine Minecraft?

I have been trying to install optifine for minecraft for several hours now… However, it always says to me that it can't be downloaded.

I want to download it for version 1.12.2. I pre-installed this (java): jdk-14.0.1_windows-x64_bin

Can someone help me?
