So my dad wants to assemble a pc for me but I have to pay for all the parts. How much do I have to pay if I want the following:
-at least 200 fps ingame in minecraft
-cooler etc. But NO MONITOR INTO THE PRICE. If possible also say website (I already have a monitor)

If you just want to play Minecraft, a Ryzen 5 2600 and a GTX 1660 will do just fine. As storage possibly on a small SSD (120GB) and a 1TB HDD for other stuff.
Coolers are in the case and power supplies can also be found on the Internet (500 watts)
Ram can do simple ddr4 8gb and there are many nice motherboards.

Inform yourself and build it yourself instead of letting some people do something here. Why do you even need 200 fps in Minecraft? Pretty stupid to do that.
