Is a Vega 11 OnBoard graphics enough to play Minecraft with Shader?
That depends on the RAM equipment, how does it look?
And not every shader draws the same amount of GPU and CPU power. However, the Vega 11 should pack most shaders very well!

Of advantage, however, is RAM with 3000MHz or better, the whole then in dual-channel (2 RAM modules).
The Vega 11 will not be enough for the full drone of Schader mods and texture packs. In a test from around 2013 very demanding performance texture packs + shaders demanded the Radeon HD 7970, which had just been released at the time, clearly noticeable.
For not too resource-consuming additional options (shaders) should the Vega 11 with fast DDR4 - Ram in dual-channel mode but quite enough.
