Vega 64 Minecraft Low FPS?

Gu

Dear Sir or Madam,

I've recently configured my PC jz

here are the details:

32 GB DDR4 3000mhz

Ryzen 7 2700x

Vega 64

I wonder why all games are running except Minecraft?

for comparison:

GTX 970: between 80-250 FPS

Vega 64: between 21-87 FPS

Wo

Windows 7 or 10 and which setting in Minecraft and which version Bedrock or Java and do you use extensions?

Gu

Windows 10, Visibility 10 VBos on. Java version and yes use mods.

These ran much better with a worse system

Wo

All drivers currently?

Gu

All news

Gu

In the Radeon settings but Minecraft is not recognized.

Have Java taken to recognize because the game is indeed running on Java.

It says: Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

At a selection of Javaw.exe

Weird thing

Vi

How much RAM did you assign to MC?

Do you play with BAC, Optifine, etc?

What about the load / temperature of the various components?

Gu

Assigned 8 GB of DDR4 RAM Minecraft, with Opftine and load is rather less I just see.

The Vega 64 does not clock at Minecraft whatsoever…

Vi

Do you have your Renderdistance on 64 or something? That will sometimes jerk

Gu

I'm not stupid, visibility at 10

The card clocks at 167-500 mhz

Gu

So if I play Minecraft

Vi

Should not be an insult.

That's a little bit off the clock, you can set that it constantly clocks up high

Wo

Yes, unfortunately difficult to say so. Have a video may help it further

Are not the only one:

Gu

All right, I do not take it as an insult. I do not know how.

About MSI afterburner maybe?

Vi

Have nex rx 5700 xt, but not overclocked, know me as eig only in the processor, yes sometimes synonymous NEN little bit of overclocking will remain so at the top tact

Gu

The thing is, how should I overclock when he makes garnix at all?

Can't decide that he should work this way.

Or am I wrong?

Gr

See if your Vega 64 clocks up during the gameplay in Minecraft even on their regular 3D clock> 1.0 Ghz, or if the GPU persists at some 100 Mhz (2D mode) in Minecraft.

Gu

But iwie can't be…

Gu

The card does not even think about it.

I just watched it a bit. He went up jz only up to 300 mhz.

Vi

If it is like the processor then it may be that it is at low speed and if you overclock it remains so consistently on top tact.

Have you ever done a stress test or a benchmark with your PC?

Gu

The thing is, all games are running except Minecraft.

Unfortunately, I also like to play it too

Gu

Btw I do not know how to overclock and I dare not synonymous haha xd

Vi

Do you have a friend or someone who knows the topic?

Gu

Unfortunately, no…

Vi

Hm. So maybe you can go to a retailer or so who know about it and overclock the Graka for a bit of money

Gu

How does that work?

It has to be done with my system. Should I go jz with my PC or something xd

Vi

First of all talk to those who can and if so then go mitm PC there xd

Gu

Uff absolutely onerous.

How can it be possible to tell the card that it can work on Java or not?

Gr

Unfortunately, this is a known problem in this game in conjunction with some AMD Radeon graphics card models.

This question has often been here, but I have not yet found a generally binding solution to remedy for this issue yet.

Recharchieren therefore even times for the following search term on the Web:

Radeon Vega 64 is not rocketing at Minecraft

Vi

I'm really sorry, but I can't help you anymore. Sorry.

Gu

How stressful something can be ey. Never again AMD

Gr

This is certainly not AMD's own, but rather the still un-optimized and regularly maintained gaming software.

You must not forget that Minecraft was still inefficiently developed on the basis of the JAVA programming interface.

Programmiertechnischer scrap (not related to the game content in itself) remains in some cases, unfortunately, junk. (

Although I have not found the following solution in previous searches, I suggest you try this:

Start a not too demanding game, but at least your Vega 64 will go into the 3D - tact mode, let it run in the background and then open Minecraft…

Gr

Then try to rename the "Minecraft.exe" into a game app listed in the Radeon Gamelist.

Gu

Yes, I even felt all Java files. But that brings nothing.

Gu

I try

Gu

Have it jz times observed and this iwie then do not run.

Have started GTA V in windowed mode and this has meant that he clocks up there but still has the same mhz number at Minecraft…

Very funny iwie

Have no two graphics cards

Gr

The only possibility in the offer would be the following attempt:

Open the AMD - Wattman and look at the entries for the 6 to 7 possible P-stats of your Vega 64 there and note down the deposited there in the respective P-Stats settings.

Then you remove P-Stat 1 to 5 from the Wattman and look how your Vega 64 behaves afterwards in Minecraft.
