So the problem is that I save on a gaming PC and in the meantime on the laptop Minecraft games. Only I have now go through FPS dropps, and wanted to ask if you can fix it. Although I have between 70 and 150 fps but sink after a few seconds again on 25 or similar fps…

Well, you probably have a DualCore CPU.
Then only 4GB of RAM and a decrepit GT 620m.

Minecraft is no longer as undemanding as it looks from the graphics.

Just turn it all down and play in 720p (but you probably have already since the TFT can't?)
You have to allocate 2 GB of RAM to Minecraft.

Windows and so the other needs 2 GB. You have only 4 total.
More than 2 you can't / should not assign. Otherwise your PC smears off.
Unfortunately, I do not know what else you can do. Try it with Optifine.
