Why do I have fps drops despite (relatively) good graphics card?

I have a problem with my PC. I've had it for about half a year and have had fps drops in many games for some time. Games like Minecraft, Ark, Skyrim (with over 30 mods) and Dark Souls Remastered run without problems, but I have Fps Drops in Gta 5 and League of Legends. I usually play League of Legends at 170-220 fps, but it often jumps down to 10-20 fps for a while. It's the same in Gta 5, only I usually play it at 60 fps. I have already tried everything possible with the graphics settings. I set it to the lowest and still I have such fps drops.

I have a "GTX 1050ti graphics card" (I know it is not the best, but it should be enough for League and Gta 5) and an "AMD FX (tm) -8300 eight-core processor". Hope you can help me!

Since GTA 5 is very CPU intensive because a lot has to be calculated, I strongly assume that your super outdated and bad processor is to blame for your low FPS.

Really, did not know that it was so out of date (I know my way really badly and this is my first pc that I ever bought).

I don't think it's because the processor is "super out of date". It is more likely that you have temperature problems that cause the processor to slow down. Another option is that background programs slow down the computer. With the freeware CoreTemp you can check the temperatures; With the task manager you can see which processes are stressing your system.

I was already looking in the Task Manager, but I didn't notice anything. I download freeware Coretemp to check the temperature. Can I do something if the temperature is bad (I really don't know much about that).

If the temperature is too high, thorough dedusting of the coolers from the graphics card and the CPU usually helps. A vacuum cleaner tube and a brush help with this. When vacuuming the fans, fix them with a pin so that they do not overturn.
