Microsoft bar does not go away with games?

If I want to play Minecraft, and want to open it up, this Microsoft bar remains at the bottom, so I mean the one where Google Chrome is as an icon etc. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get rid of that?

The Windows taskbar only disappears in full screen mode, it remains visible in window mode.

Either you have to hide the taskbar or you have to start Minecraft in full screen mode (settings from the game or Alt + Enter)
