Hear Minecraft (game sound) and Spotify at the same time?

I have the problem that I can only hear one game sound or Spotify. How can I change this?

Did you happen to have some voice software installed? E.g. Voice changer?

That was the reason for me. If so - update or uninstall.

Otherwise I would check your audio equipment, troubleshoot or even reinstall your PC.
