Minecraft control spins?

Following problem:

If I press the Ctrl key and, for example, "D" twice at the same time, the "D" key remains pressed. Just like "DoppelW" with "A" or for example "S".

This is extremely annoying because I just automatically run in one direction.

I can interrupt this if I press the button again or open the minecraft menu.

I've already tried this:

Minecraft reinstalled
tried another keyboard

Anyone have an idea?

Restart the computer?
