My sister used to buy Mincraft. Now I want to play the Windows 10 Edition too, because my friends play there. But when I log in to Mojang with the data, no code is displayed that you get by buying Minecraft for the Windows 10 Edition. Do I have to reactivate the account and if so, how?

Minecraft Java Edition (what your sister probably has) and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition are two different games, so to speak, and would have to be bought separately.
