Add a Mojang account?

I got minecraft java today and would like to create a mojang account. But whenever I press "create a new account" on the mojang studios page, do you bring me to the minecraft page?! What should I do?

Log into mojang with your minecraft account. Since you already have an acc. Minecraft is from Mojang
