I would be interested in which Minecraft modding tool you find the best or which one you use and can recommend. It would be nice if you also add a reason so that I know what arguments there are for a named modding tool.

The beginner has to know that himself. Forge and Fabric are installed in exactly the same way. There are "a few" more mods for Forge. That's actually the only difference. Or do you mean programming? Then I would take Fabric.
