You have to apply as a provider for the in-game shop. You can do that somewhere on the Minecraft or Mojang website.
Schematics can be offered for sale almost everywhere, such as e-bay, e-bay classifieds, in relevant forums where sales are permitted, advertising markets and on English websites such as minecraft-schematics.com. Just search for Minecraft schematicen.
The requirements for this are very tough, especially on the schematic websites. Perfect English, exact description of the schematic, number of blocks, size in kb, where to look, etc. There are still loads of requirements.
Prices vary from $ 1 to $ x depending on the size and type. For a simple house, for example, I would Pay nothing, because there are tons of them for free.
The prospect of getting even a cent here is more than slim.
