Can someone (maybe from my own experience) recommend which of the two mice is better for minecraft bedwars

And I'll tell you now that nobody here can give you a good answer. Not really believable that there's someone here who has exactly THOSE 2 mice in their hand and has played exactly THIS game in THIS game mode.

You're wrong.
I already had both mice in my hand and played bedwars with them. I would recommend the 122 to you because it has bigger keys and longer ones can be used very well with Abusen & Butterflyn, but if the grip is not enough you can put tape on it. The 120 is a bit lighter in my opinion, but with the 120 you have to lower the DPI so that the mouse does not slip away because the 122 is better. Good luck and have fun trying it out, it's still a matter of taste!
