So if you say that you usually have a low ping to servers and streams, etc. Also work; have you already tried another Teamspeak server?
Even if the connection appears normal when you are not playing, I suspect that this is simply due to the connection to this one server or the connection of this server.
It's best to try out a few other Teamspeak servers. If the problem persists, the problem is probably with your internet connection.
It goes without saying that you should use the latest version of the Teamspeak client and, if possible, the server as well.
