German Clearlag in minecraft?

How can I rewrite the plugin clear lag in German (as on GrieferGames). For example Essentials you can simply rewrite the plugin (in German). How is clear lag thank you for your answer.

With ClearLag you have to make it manually as far as I know by going to the config and translating it yourself

Ask the creator.

Without permission, this is illegal. Because that does not use an open source license that allows you to make a change.

Maybe they just developed their own plugin.
