Minecraft to arrange more CPU cores?

I want to have a little better gaming experience playing MC.

However, my game is a bit higher settings + shader on Max. Etc. Although the CPU + GPU + RAM is underutilized. I blame the CPU for this because I believe that only 1 - 2 cores are used. Can you change that?

I have an AMD Ryzen 7 2700x

Just have a look in the Task Manager to see how high the load on the individual cores really is.

And have you already increased the RAM for your MC profile?

Well, at least a few are busy. Otherwise you can't change anything.

As far as I'm informed or the information is still up to date, Minecraft basically only uses one processor core. There are several threads, but there's only one "main thread".

As I said, I'm not sure, maybe Minecraft now supports multithreading.

RAM is already allocated - I have a GTX 1080
