Monitor out of range?

I have a problem:

I downloaded the currently free game Steep in Uplay. So far so good on the D: hard drive had enough space. Did then the 27GB downloaded.Bin then went to play and it still has a few things downloaded when that was done, the screen was black and showed me: "Except Area". Have found in the network only something of "out of range" but should be the same…

What can you do there have the same problem synonymous with Minecraft 1.14 and Cs: Go.Bei Cs is but if I briefly press the Windows key and back to Cs.

My monitor has 60Hz FHD resolution. Graphics card: Rx 570 8gb

Processor: Amd ryzen 5 1600x

RAM: 16GB

I think these are the most important specs

Something has changed in the display settings. I suspect that the refresh rate has changed to a value that your monitor can't represent.
