Minecraft resolution is range zoomed?

Hi, I've been playing Minecraft for a long time now and it's also my favorite absoult game so I'd be very happy if you could help me with the game resolution in Minecraft.

My minecraft resolution is always slightly zoomed in or the items so the tools are slightly range zoomed like there in the picture below

(have already tried to change the resolution of my monitor and the resolution of minecraft (in the launcher)
