Grindy multiplayer games?

Do you know grindy games that you could play on PC with one or more friends? At the moment I'm playing Apex Legends and or SW Boyfriend II with my friends, I also feel like playing a non-shooter game.

Games I find cool:

Forza Horizon 4

apex

Arc

Minecraft

Games like Cities Skylines and Surviving Mars

something like that. Do you have any suggestions?

A minecraft server with friends is one of the nicest things you can do. You've been busy for a while. Would be my recommendation

I can't think of any more examples that you listed, a shooter would be Rainbow 6 victories, I've been playing with friends almost every day for a 3/4 year
