In FarCry5 and the 3D Mark TimeSpy I have extremely low FPS but my GPU utilization is close to zero.
While in Minecraft with Shaders or Rainbow Six victories, the utilization does not go below 95%.
Also the fans do not turn, the temperature stays at ~ 50 degrees Celsius.
Why?!
The problem has been many lately. The GPU is not claimed while the CPU is dumping somewhere at 90%. Can you thank Windows, is probably due to any update.

Look in the NVIDIA control panel, if you've activated the graphics card for the games. Is quite within the range of the possible that the "graphics card" of your CPU is claimed.
