Minecraft lags with modpacks despite a good PC what to do?

I have installed an AMD RX 5700 XT, Ryzen 5 3600 and 16 GB of RAM and still have very little fps in Minecraft. Could it be that I have an AMD graphics card and it is not optimized with Java or is it another problem?

Try turning the graphics down a bit with Optifine or other things like animations and such
