Youtube comments despite especially for children?

I'm currently making videos on Youtube. Since I play Minecraft Let's Plays, I always want to enter "especially for children" in the description when uploading the videos. The problem is that the comments are then deactivated and can't be activated. I wanted to ask if I could activate it without having to say "not suitable for children". Maybe someone can help me.
PS: Does "especially for children" also count for viewers from the age of 12? The comments are only deactivated in the child setting so that the little children, who may be five years old, can't read comments that are not suitable for adults. Because if my target group is people from the age of 12, I don't know if it counts as a child for Youtube noc.

Where should the problem be stated that it is "not suitable for children"? Then you press "No, my video should not only be accessible to viewers over the age of 18" and is good. Otherwise nobody can comment. So everyone uploads their videos.

Especially for children, this means that it is only for toddlers who are not yet supposed to make contact with people from the Internet.
