I'm a total fan of games in which you build something and then sell it. You should first buy or manufacture the parts / raw materials required for the construction. Other ancillary costs should also be incurred for production, e.g. Electricity, water etc. So I hope you can imagine what I mean.

How much would i spend? 0 euro to 15 euro (pain limit 17 euro)
What should the graphics look like? Beautiful and in 3D / Photo-realistic / Approximately a photo-realistic graphic (My graphics card GTX 1060 6GB)
How realistic should the game be? Very realistic / comparable to reality
What would I like to play the game on? On the PC.
Where do I want to buy the game? In Steam (as download) Important: Not on CD-ROM!

Spontaneously I would think of "House Flipper". Great series, even better game. But you have to like it
So I know one thing, which is only roughly true. But you can have a look at it. "House Flipper" is the name of the game. In terms of price, I just don't know where it is
