Little fps in minecraft despite little system utilization?

Good day dear good questions community,

I have a Ryzen3 3200g with a GTX 1650 and 16 GB of RAM.

In minecraft with Optifine I have relatively high fps numbers. Sometimes even at 500 but when I want to play with Stader I'm at around 120. But I don't quite understand it. My CPU and graphics card are each loaded to about 50%. I have allocated 8 GB of RAM to minecraft, if I allocate more it hardly changes. Maybe there's a simple explanation for this. I'm not very familiar with PCs.

Shaders are extremely demanding of performance, and depending on the shader, 75% of the FPS can be lost. But why are you complaining about 120FPS? I capped all of my games at 60FPS because on the one hand it increases the life of the components and on the other hand it saves my computer power. But you have to know that for yourself.

I don't quite understand that from around 30 fps, the human eye can no longer see any difference. Just because you have 380 fps less and it is not just about the RAM if you could tell me how much RAM your graphics card has, they can help you more

Ahh right. I forgot to write down that I have a 4GB graphics card, yes that's true with the human eye. I'm a hobby filmmaker but I think mam feels more fps when gambling

I'm not complaining ^^ I just wanted to know why it is reduced so.

Then it may be that your graphics card can't keep up. Even smaller tip if you now say you want a new graphics card. Make sure that the power supply is still sufficient and, above all, check how much space you still have in the housing.
