According to the clichés, boys annoy the girl they are interested in, but even at that age it is so that not every boy ticks the same way.
I honestly don't tell you in my opinion. With that I'm not saying that you have no chance at all, rather that I suspect that he has not really registered you, maybe because he's too young, maybe because you didn't give him a drawing that you're interested in.

I doubt he hates you though. It takes a lot more than just an antipathy. Something has to happen to really hate a person. At most he doesn't like you 🤷🏻♀️.
