Performance issues with Ryzen 5 2600 and RX 5700XT?

I have a PC:
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 5700XT
16 Ram on an Asrock B450 Pro 4

But I have performance problems in many games: CSGO, LoL, Warzone, Minecraft…

I just have too little FPS, often it doesn't even reach 144 or keeps it stable.
The graphics card only needed the current driver, CPU you don't have to do anything in bios you can overclock if you want.
Otherwise you don't have to activate or adjust anything in bios or somewhere else.

The cpu is very old compared to the gpu
