Once there was a sheep deep underground and once suddenly there were blocks there that I didn't set but could never have spawned there. Once I even saw Herobrine in a railroad tunnel that I was building and that should lead to my self-built village.
The other day the entrance was also buried with earth that wasn't there yesterday.
I play alone in a single player map.

Do you have friends who play with you? You can explain that with the blocks with Endermans, maybe you only saw a zombie in a lore
I play alone on the map, that Endermans could have put the blocks down everywhere I didn't even think about it. But it still doesn't explain why the entrance was almost completely covered with earth. At the time of the Herobrine sighting there was no truck driving because the route was not finished and no zombie was present.
