Why so few FPS in Minecraft?

Normally, my pc is currently in the lay of each game to tame. Out of jigs and what's I downloaded Minecraft again. Just for the memories you know: 'D Now I come even with a system with Ryzen 5 1600, rx 580 and 16gb RAM not over 51fps? Does anyone have an idea why this might be? Maybe an inappropriate AMD preset that is not compatible with Java?

Thanks for the answer but unfortunately I can only get to 53-59fps.

It also seems like you have vsinc switch that off in any case if you want to have 60+
