I do not understand the error message on the attached picture or what I did wrong…

There's 0.0.0.0:25577 in my case

Your IP is just not 0.0 … But press the Windows key and "r" and enter there the term "cmd", then the console opens → there you enter "ipconfig" and look for the IPv4 address and give this at IP in the properties.
By the way, this 25577 does not belong to the IP but to the port!
