I used to play Minecraft at 800-900 fps and just now only at 20-30. What can be the reason?

When was "earlier"? Minecraft unfortunately has performance problems in newer versions because Minecraft can still only use one CPU core.

OK. It already runs better. Download Optifine (https://www.optifine.net/home). You also need Java and possibly Jarfix.
Has anything changed in the installation since you had this problem? Have you reinstalled MC? Downloaded any new resource packs, shaders, etc?
Maybe you didn't allocate enough RAM to Minecraft?
Do other games continue to run as usual?
