Ryzen 5 3600 and RX5700XT to stream?

I would like to buy a new PC for gaming and streaming soon. I want to buy the RX 5700 XT and am now spoiled for choice when it comes to the processor. Either a Ryzen 5 3600 (which I would prefer for price reasons) or a Ryzen 7 3700x.

I mainly want to stream Minecraft and also play on WQHD 144Hz.

Would a 3600 be enough for me or is the 3700x a must?
