Minecraft 30 Fps Lock?

I have the problem that when I play Minecraft I don't get over 30 fps although it ran perfectly yesterday, I looked but only find something about Nvidia and not AMD

Look in the video settings. There's the setting "image repetition rate" or something. And do that to "unlimited"

You go to the settings (where you set the fps to unlimited).

And on the other side there's something with vsync that you have to turn off.
