Add Minecraft maps (on the phone) from Internet Explorer, how do I do it?

I have downloaded a map and now want to integrate it into minecraft, but I can't add it, I saw that you had already asked the question, but I did not know what to do, I unpacked it using a file manager and copied but can't open it

When you download it, there should be a notification somewhere that the download has completed. Press the Eibfach on it and open it with MC. I'm not sure if it works for you. It worked for me.
