I saw how enchantments work in MC in videos on YouTube. For me, however, the menu at the enchanting table looks completely different. Why is that?

I don't know exactly, but it could be due to an older version or the fact that you don't have a JAVA Edition and / or you don't play on PC.

The link refers to the JAVA Edition and not to that of win10, i.e. The one you play. Everything looks different and can't be compared.
