Minecraft ingame resolution funny?
To summarize my Minecraft resolution is different
zoomed in so easily:
PC screen resolution is not
In game resolution via launcher, at least when I tried it had not radioed?

Your inventory is not part of the FOV. You need to adjust the gui size if you want to change that.

Did this zoomed-in view just pop up from now on? Do you have installed mods that could manipulate that? Optifine gives you the ability to scale the FOV further than normal client can.
Maybe you try this. Or delete the MC profile and create a new one. And look ahead in the options.txt in the profile folder. There the FOV is stored. Maybe a wrong value is stored there.
It's always been there so it's just a trifle and not terribly bad but I would very much like to fix it anyway.
