CPU change due to FPS drops? Ch Change

Yesterday when I wanted to play Minecraft again after a while, I first wondered why I had such low FPS when I moved my mouse (Roccat Krone Aimo).
I then tried two other mice (Apple Magic Mouse 2 and some 4 euro old Hama mouse) with which the game ran smoothly at a constant 60fps.
I concluded that it was the Roccat so I bought a Razer Deathadder v2 (since you can obviously play Minecraft with the other 2 that work).
After connecting this I had the same problems as with the Roccat crown i.e. Strong fps drops because of the mouse.
Can someone help me? Is it because of some Minecraft attitude? MacOS Big Sur? Or something completely different?
Got the Kone Aimo myself and no FPS drops, nowhere. Could only be that it tries to install drivers in the background… Otherwise it is actually not the mouse.
