Minecraft PE Account?

If you have Minecraft Maps etc. On your mobile phone and then log on to the console with the same account, will you transfer everything so maps etc.

There's a possibility the files of your games are saved in the "My files" folder under games> com.mojang> minecraftWorlds and then simply transfer your worlds to a USB stick, SD card, … On the console.

P.S. I would rename them the names of the worlds are in the file levelname.txt in the respective worlds folder
