I'm playing Minecraft with Modpack and I always have around 130 - 600 Fps but all the time it feels totally jerky and as if I only had 20 or 30 fps, what can I do about it I have an HP Omen 25 monitor with 144 Hz and a Ryzen 5 2600x and Rtx 2070 and 16gb, have already assigned 8gb ram to minecraft. Hopefully you can help me?
Have a look if you have a lot of background applications like Discord or so open in Task Manager and close them.
if it jerky do F3 and look at paying the FPS.
What does frametime say? Is it too high?
Ne actually between 3 and 8ms
So it always jerky my fps never go below 130 I get the fps displayed on msi afterburner
