Mainly, I occasionally play Overwatch a little Minecraft and Roccat League.
In Minecraft I mostly have on multiplayer more than 500 FPS in overwatch I do not know exactly…
As a graphics card I have a gtx 1050 ti
And processor I have any intel xeon which actually rocks quite well.
What do you recommend to me
120 or 140 hz?
Or should I upgrade my ram from just 8Gb to 16Gb?
If necessary, upgrade the RAM, but this is not necessary for the games you play. For minecraft 120HZ monitor is waste (there are better issues). A GTX 1050 ti will achieve such refresh rates in a few games as a 120HZ monitor could support, so you can save money.

Then see if you ever come to about 120/144 fps.
I find the highest settings on Overwatch unlikely.
If you only play the few games, 8GB Ram will be perfect.
I think the price difference is not so high now, so I would take the 144 Hz.
With the Specs should also make it easy. Even my old PC packs and has ne Geforce 550TI in it lol.
