Programs that don't work: filezilla, nomachine, minecraft, valorant
Programs that work: Office suit, explorer, chrome, calculator, discord, edge
For example, "Turn windows feature on or off" does not work either.

That sounds like a system error, look for the system restore and reset your system, it might help, but pay attention to which programs are changed with them, your data will all remain on the disk.
