I wanted to install a small modification arber have no version folder what to do

You have to run Minecraft first normal, before you install a mod.

Open the Minecraft Launcher
Select the desired version
Click on "Play"
Close the game as soon as it starts

→ Now you have a "versions" folder in your .minecraft
