I have a pc with a gtx 760 and i have only 60 fps in minecraft although according to the internet i would have about 300

And what should you bring 300 FPS in contrast to 60FPS? If you have no 144Hz monitor or 240Hz then bring you synonymous 300 FPS nothing. I assume that you have a 60Hz monitor if you already have such an old graphics card. And 60Hz monitors can't represent more than about 60 FPS anyway.
