Vanilla: 4000+ FPS
Shader + OptiFine: 350 FPS
In addition, your monitor can't show so many FPS anyway, so you bring nothing.

you already know that your monitor is probably like any other 90-180 euro monitor only 60 Hz so has only 60 pictures the second can show
means more than 60 fps bring you nothing but unnecessarily more power to eat but as people as you think they would be better with the 1000 fps will unfortunately always exist
