How can PS4 players and PC players play Minecraft together?

I've heard of PS4 players being able to play with PC players. But how are you doing? Can someone help me there?

The PC player must use the "Windows 10 Edition".

It's only available in the Windows Store.

Then you can play together.

We can then just play on servers like GommeHD

If Gomme is available in the Bedrock Edition then yes
