If you / p chat on, then you always write the chat:

[Plot Chat] [Here is the Plot ID to see eg. 2; -5] PLAY NAME:

I would like to change the layout of it, so there only

[Plot Chat] PLAY NAME

So after a quick search, I would say no. But that would be a great suggestion for the Dev. Just write a message to him.
